Conflict of Interest Policy:
No member of the Hearts of Patriots Board of Directors shall derive any personal profit or gain, directly or indirectly, by reason of his or her participation with the organization. Each individual shall disclose any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the organization and shall refrain from participation in any decision on such matter.
Whistleblower Policy:
Hearts of Patriots encourages its volunteers and stakeholders to share their questions, concerns, suggestions, or complaints with someone who can address them properly. Hearts of Patriots will not retaliate against any person who in good faith reports an ethics violation or a suspected violation of law.
